This adorable little girl named Eleanor is the product of her biological parents using a gestational carrier to bring her into the world. As their surrogacy attorney, I was fortunate enough to have played a small role by drafting the gestational carrier agreement and, later, ensuring that Eleanor’s biological parents were treated as the legal parents and listed on the birth certificate.
